He told me that my apartment complex had a service man that they used and Direct TV could not send a person to address my problem to my location. I told him that was not the case. And continued to tell me that was the case. I gave up at that point and hung up. I call my Apt. Manger and she said they had no such contract with a Direct TV co. I finally had to call a *rd party co. to get service for my Direct TV service scheduled. Very poor on Direct TV part.
