~JW:I was irritated because I couldn't understand why my service had been discontinued so soon after making a payment and the rep said "I need to calm down". Are you kidding me? I could see it if I was loud, angry, out-of-control, but I was not even close to that. Where does this fast, robotic-talking mumble mouth get off telling me to calm down? Then I was put on hold for ** minutes because I asked to speak to her supervisor. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service behavior on the part of a direct tv rep who should know better (and a great way to lose customer business).
