Went to the store to purchase and the sales persons had no idea what the coupon was opened email to show them and now the coupon is voided. Contacted ****'s chat center customer service rep Stephanie had no idea what scorecard coupons are asked me to wait *-* minutes while she checked. After waiting ** minutes she came back and wrote wait another *-* mins while she got a additional info. Came back a out * minutes later and gave me the ***-***-**** customer service number and wrote call immediately to have them fix it. This number does not have people to answer on the weekends. ****'s apparently does not care about customer service just getting your money. Do not recommend using the chat method to resolve an issue with dicks
