I was supposed to receive the order in * days, but the online status still shows in production. They outsource to India and I could not speak with anyone in the United States. I was hung up on * times by * different reps. Everyone kept giving me a different answer. No one knew what was really going on with my order. I was told it was shipped, it was canceled, it's getting shipped tomorrow, the tablet shipped but the lap top was canceled, the lap top shipped but the tablet was canceled. I have no idea what was going on.
