My father is an elderly man that was screamed at and taunted by a man named Erick. I find this extremely unprofessional and rude. My father was simply trying to figure out why he was billed twice as much and was yelled at by a stranger AND we still gave Dish our service! This has happened way too many times. Please have someone look into firing these ill mannered people.
