They then sent someone out who ran his test which showed all working but trying to use the internet wouldn't work. He then checked and replaced the cord to the modem and we have had no problems since. Called C*S to request a credit for the *-* month and was offered **.** credit. And then they charged me $** to send them out. RIP OFF...They could care less
