So I screwed around on the phone tree for a couple of minutes trying to get something accomplished. Finally talked to another person who had to transfer me to another person to finally make the address change. The people were nice and friendly by the way. My question if you have not already guessed is why do you have a number to call for an address change and then transfer you all over **** to get it done. It's very frustrating. Then you have this imbicilic word to type in.
