~AFF:The option to talk to a live agent is ***I did get to talk to a live person but I was trying to get to the online Photo department and their phone number apparently is not working. The operator suggested that I send them an email (which I had already done - * times)so she just said there was nothing she could do from her end. When I asked her if she could convey a message to the Photo Dept. she just informed me she was disconnecting the call and hung up on me. Very disappointing!
