GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-kathrynn: Hawaii was still America the last time I checked. I checked out today in Hawaii Kai Costco and the guy checking me out was speaking in Japanese to the guy scanning the items. They were both specking to each other in Japanese. Okay no big deal. Then while I am standing in line a guy in line behind me somehow knows the checker and they start talking to each other in Japanese while I am waiting to have my items checked. The guy behind me asked the checker something and the checker picked up the intercom phone and in Japanese asked for something over the store audio system. I heard it over the loud speaker which means everyone in the store also heard it. It seems odd that all of a sudden the American Costco in Hawaii has now gone Japanese. When did this happen?
