We checked out our stuff and were exiting the checkout area when your employee, Shannon, made a snide remark to a nearby coworker "I wish these people would leave their little brats at home." Our child doesn't cry any differently than any child her age when she gets tired and a little cranky and we felt this disgusting attitude toward us as customers was absolutely uncalled for. We will avoid Shannon in the (sparingly few) times we go back to this store and will not renew our membership.
