I live in an *** square foot apartment!**I contacted Customer Service who informed me that I was put on a variable rate plan because they didn't receive the request to remain on a fixed plan. I also spoke to a Supervisor who said she can't do anything about the bill but could offer me a $** gift card (which she ended up not doing). **A few months ago I had received a business "reply by mail" letter asking to renew another year at my current fixed rate plan. I promptly signed the letter and dropped it in the mail. They are now penalizing me because the letter was either lost by the US Mail or somewhere in their facility. This sounds like a SCAM!
