We apparently were their customer for ** years through our local gas company and last month we realized they were charging us well over the rate others were paying so we ask the gas company to take us off that program and bill at the gas company standard offer rate. Next thing we know we get a bill for "early cancellation" which Constellation will only waive if you go back to Constellation as your supplier. Cold day before we do any further business with them.
