GetHuman-433580:well,first off, I got an answer right away. HOWEVER, when i asked to talk w Customer Loyalty Dept, I was put on hold for * mins. Then she came back and told me that she could not transfer me as she was getting a busy signal. next she put me on hold again to another dept (billing)and I waited again appx * mins and then she came back and told me that now the billing dept is closed. so no help whatsoever but she did give me some top secret phone *s!!!
