~Guzzyguz :I had a installation appointment for yesterday morning. The tech did not show up. They reschedule me for the evening. The tech never showed up. I callled to find out what was going on. The agent hung up on me when asked to speak to a supervisor. Yes I am going to let them do it on there own time,,, am I going to pay them any bill??? THATS A BIG NEGATIVE. They can kiss my *** for making me ruin my Saturday plans just to wait for a technician.. That don't bother to show up or even call ahead of time to inform us that they can NOT make an appointment.
