GetHuman-342377:Had the worst experience with Comcast customer service, first I didn't get to speak to anyone about my bill for two days!! Yes two days, it took me two days to reach customer service. Second they mislead me about my bill and told me that they cannot do anything about it. Now I'm binded to a contract for comcast home security for another year and now I'm paying ** dollars more a month. I cannot afford my bill right now!! My services are going to be disconnected and I have told them I cannot afford it. They are refusing to help me, they even noted my account not to make changes. When I asked the manager why was this not explained to me before I signed up she told me that it was email to me. I found out during the conversation they email the information to my Comcast email that I never use. I'm calling them as we speak and my hold time currently is ** min just to speak with someone. I feel I was lied to by the sales person and munepulated. This is so horrible and stressful right now, I re
