~ErikaP:I signed up at the beginning of December and was supposed to be issued a $** credit since my friend referred me. The credit code did not work so I contacted customer service. After * weeks they "issued a credit", I went to make a purchase- no credit to be found. Contacted the customer rep back- another * weeks later- "new credit"... and of course, no credit. At this point I called the number (form my *th time) and requested to speak to a supervisor. The woman who could hardly mumble out a comprehensive English sentence put me on hold several times to finally tell me she issued a credit (which this time I could see on my account). Only to tell me that it MUST be used towards a purchase of $** or more. This was NEVER stated upon sign up or during ANY of my correspondence via email or phone during the month* I spent dealing with this joke of a company. I will certainly never be dealing with them again and will surely encourage my friends, family and strangers not to either. What a
