SO they said they would "escalate" the items. so a week later I finally recived my packages. Also my friend ordered a day after me she ordered a ring and a cross necklace. She called the same day I did because she received the necklace but no ring, they told her same thing it was never shipped out yet and they escalated the ring. She called ******** because she still didn't receive it the customer service representatives told her it was delivered well it wasn't so she asked for a supervisor and the supervisor tells her that it was sent to a completely different state! he said I will refund your money and you can go back on the website and order it again..like we would be that DUMB to order off them again. and then she asked well are you going to do anything for the waiting
