GetHuman-184681:Very unresponsive. Have been calling me for collections calls because two accounts were set up for one car. Keep telling me that they have fixed it and they haven't. I even have a letter from them teling me it is fixed and it's not. I AM STILL RECEIVING COLLECTION CALLS! I am beyond frustrated with them and want nothing to do with this bank ever! Believe me, I am telling everyone I know how poorly they handle business and how poor their follow up is.
