Your agents are great but the automated phone system is terrible as I said it took me ** phone calls to set an appointment during the digital changeover. most calls were cut off and others just rang forever during the transfer to an agent then i was cutoff. Ten your asked to rate the agent when what you want to do is scream about the automated phone problem but there is no way to review or comment on that. phone system gets an F-
