They exploit their users' financial privacy, and they knowingly and carefully orchestrate a system of miscommunication (starting with the free false advertisements), through their overly simple and unusable website and defensive prerecorded customer service. They obviously know cancellations are on the horizon and they deter this as much as possible, so don't even sign up at all! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, wish I could get all my money back from the last * months!
