~Marah:Calling this number ***-***-**** was no different for me than calling the other ***-***-****. The voicemail menu demanding my phone number (and I assume the next recital of last payment, current payment status, blah, blah, would have been next) and I still had to just hit zero over and over listening to "I still didn't get that" until finally being transferred to a human. They have changed their site so that if you are logged into your account, there is NO phone number shown ANYWHERE to call them. This is an awesome company that has changed drastically over the past * months for the worse. It is becoming just another phone company. I hope they wake up and adjust back to the caring progressive-behaving company they once were.
