I find their customer service to be quite convenient- for the business, not the customer. **When I finally spoke to a technical assistant, he gave me suggestions I knew to be wrong. I was given an interaction number in regard to the conversation, only to be told a month later that they have no record of the interaction. **They should be ashamed of these tactics.
