I keep having my recorder box erased, get no guide on the tv and have run out of aspirin when calling their stupid computer to get to customer service that has only on answer to anything "go unplug your tv"... like that is going to bring back the now empty movies I recorded. I am now on the computer checking out direct tv and dish tv but wonder if they are really any better.
