I only waited for about * min's when a female by the name of "Pia" answered (********** @ *:** pm)I explained my situation to her and she stated that the company is having technical issues with the website and that it could be a couple of hours before the website is working again. "Pia" also told me to not worry because there is a leeway of * days from the date that the book is due and then an additional ** days before I get charged. I'll give the benefits of the doubt and check back later. If nothing then I will be calling again.
