GetHuman-10194:Im a healthcare provider and this is the WORST INSURANCE AUTOMATED MENU I have EVER dealt with. It will keep asking you for information many times and if you don't put it in fast enough you get "schooled" and the voice will actually tell you to hang up. If you say OPERATOR or CUSTOMER SERVICE it tells you it will not help you unless you put in information. Absolute waste of time!
