In two instances Best Buy lied to me (it was CitiBank's credit card division). They said they needed to transfer me to get the answer--I said I wouldn't stay on if they fed me into another auto-bot and TWO TIMES with TWO DIFFERENT REPS they promised, "No, I will get you to a person." Both times they sent me right into auto-loop. Still don't have the answer. Giving up.
