GetHuman-77463：I've generally gotten very nice, helpful people with this number. But the company itself is pretty terrible. For instance, on my phone bill it lists different services such as call waiting etc., and says "$*.**" beside each one. I assumed this meant I didn't have these services, and couldn't figure out why my bill was so high! When I called them, they told me I had all the extra options (none of which I use) and was paying about $** extra a month for them. They fixed the problem for me immediately.**So, A* for nice employees on the phone, but a big F for dishonesty in their billing system.
