~dwilma：I first called BN.com's cust svc the Thursday I received an empty package (except for the receipt). Supposedly, they sent a replacement order that day, to arrive by Tues. By Thurs, I called again & was told they couldn't reship* the whse was out of the product. I called back the next day, and after a *** minute wait, finally talked to someone in the U.S. (rather than the Philippines) whom I could barely hear but who told me - after some technical issues - that another replacement order would be shipped. I'll never order from Barnes & Noble (online or in-store) again if I can avoid it.
