~Madeleine:The first service person was difficult to understand. She said that I would have to contact the seller who sent me the damaged book. I asked for her Superviser, Tangela. I explained that the book I had received was used and in very poor condition with torn pages and deep creases. She also said that I would need to e-mail the seller. I said that I didn't want a used book from another seller but a new book from BN. Thankfully, Tangela went to BN warehouse and found a new book to be shipped out to us. I am grateful that Tangela took the necessary time to sort out the mess. I gave the first person a * but Tangela a * because of her extra effort to find the book I wanted.
