Because I am unable to remember the date I put for my birthday and unable to produce a sales receipt , After * hours of talking to your support persons, My Mini IPad is still not working. We had bought extended warranties from Apple they will not honor it. I am very disappointed in Apple and would not recommend anyone buy one and will not buy them for my grandchildren. I did not realize how important a birth date would be three years later. I want my iPad reset so that I can continue to use it. It may not matter to you, but I bought a product I thought I could get years of use. I hope for a response that will get my IPad back in working order.
