~lab:I'm calling as a provider checking on eligibility benefits for which I've already gotten from online services* I was calling for verification to ***-***-**** (BCBS of Michigan) - I was repeatedly not able to get a live representative to answer my questions, and even hung up on. I called this number and it was not helpful either. They told me I'd have to call the BCBS of Michigan number. They then told me they'd try to get me a representative, but i was on hold for...this is poor customer service!!!
