GetHuman-paulmacl:I tried to access the website over the weekend as my subscription was about to renew. The only link that actually worked is access my family tree. I could not access My Account, I could not access billing, password changes, etc. Every link I clicked on would not respond. I tried starting my browser over again and repeated several times over the weekend. I would like to cancel my subscription and have my money refunded since the website was unresponsive on multiple attempts as I tried to update my account and make changes.
