~HAF:I have ordered many times from amazon with absolutely no problems. Just recently an item was shipped on specified day by UPS but no package was ever received. I called customer service and they could not have been more helpful. Replacement will be sent within the next few days and no added cost for shipping, increased pricing etc. You can't get better than this. I am a happy camper and am thinking doing all of my christmas shopping on line with Amazon. Why not? Avoid the hustle and bustle of the malls and the guaranteed replacement of item or refund if not received! Thank you Amazon!
