I tired several times, I was told to fill out the claim forms, iwas told to get put through to the luggage department, I was told again to get through to the lugagge department, but nothing happened.*It looks like they don't want to help and to everything to give up with the claim.*Never ever agaion i will fly with this air line. I will no contact Air France were we bought the ticket.
