~bbpry:This was the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had!! They sent me someone elses order (along with their packing slip) and said they would send me a return label in *-* days and then when they received the package I would get my credit card refunded in *-* business days. They wouldn't resend my order without me placing and paying for a new order. As it was *** of the items in my order were no longer in stock. These were Christmas gifts. Very frustrating to say the least. I spent a total of ** minutes on hold waiting for some sort of resolution which i never got. I guess I will try again tomorrow:(
