~rallred:Have had * online "chats" and called this number. I followed the prompt ("press *") to discuss "product orders and returns" (I purchased the wrong Creative Cloud product online). After taking *** minutes of explaining (and waiting on hold) what I wanted (to confirm whether either of my previous "chats" * attempts to cancel my order were successful) I was told that I had reached the technical support department and would need to be transferred (arrggggh!!!) After *-** more minutes on hold I was finally connected to "Billing" who have purportedly cancelled my order. Overall a TERRIBLE experience with Adobe.
