I had problems downloading Adobe Flash Player update and I was told they no longer give phone support for Flash Player and directed me to go to a Forums web site. This was no help either as it requires you to register before you can post a question. One thing leads to another. Ended up calling a local computer doctor. Fixed problem remotely.
