~bacardistuff:On April **, I switched from Verizon to AT&T. I was told on that day that when I got my FAN, all I had to do was call in and provide the number. I called on April ** (FAN in hand), was transferred X* over a period of ** minutes before I was told I had to physically walk into a store and fill out "the form". Okay, so apparently I was provided with false information on April ** which in other parts of the country is probably called lying. I looked up the nearest AT&T store (**** **th St S, St Petersburg FL, (***) ***-****)* store is open until * PM. I go at *:** PM, open the door and I'm told, "we're closed". So now AT&T is provided inaccurate information online as well. My relationship with AT&T is getting off to a rocky start and I'm not impressed.
