~just.magen:I was sold a promotional package by use of misrepresentation* the terms & rewards Tabitha (sales agent)repeatedly claimed I would be receiving, & also confirmed when I pointedly asked her so that I knew I understood completely & clearly, were later found out to be inaccurate. **I have now spent several days on the phone, with each call totaling about *-* hours, and still have not had this entirely resolved. Additionally, each person I talk to seems to have a slightly different answer as to what my purchases actually do qualify for (in terms of current promotional reward offers). **I am appalled at the lack of responsibility & customer care that AT&T has shown. The fact is that their sales agent used dishonesty & misrepresentation in order to make a sale* I, as the customer, simply asked to be given precisely what I was sold, and I have been refused. Why should the customer be penalized for the mistakes or fraudulence of their employee?? Disgusting.
