~John: I called at AT&T the representative was rude and making me look stupid on the phone. After I asked for his name four to five times he hanged up on me very disappointed been with AT&T for atleast ** years this is the only time a had a problem with my bill and a dumb stupid incompetent representative.... Re train your people with hospitality and teach them how the program works!!!!!!!!!!!!

~John: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~John: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~John: For that I would say one out of five.
