~IHATEUVERSE:I dont want to write this but this is literally unbelievable... I switched from Cox because I was tired of overpaying. The install was a nightmare (had to take * separate days off work... *!!!!!!) but they got it up and running. I honestly really enjoy the service when it was working, but heres where it gets good... **My entire service went out * (i repeat * !@*$!@*% days ago) I initially called and was told someone will be out there the following day to fix the issue (which was in the line so its an external problem) No one came.... **I call ATT again, I am now told I am "high priority" and someone will be out first thing tomorrow and they will comp my first month bill. Awesome! but no one came again.... * days without internet (O and I run a business from my home)**I call ATT again (now spending almost * hours on the phone this week, maxing my data on me cell because im trying to work best i can, im sure my cell bill will be fun). "This never happens I am so sorry blah blah blah....
