I just spent over ** mins on the phone trying to speak to a human being and when I finally did, he couldn't help me because he was tech support and then made me wait another * mins. to transfer me to a cancellation rep..only to be told to call back later! I can't believe how terrible AOL is and am livid that we are still dealing with AOL NONSENSE and all of our AOL accounts should have been cancelled *-** yrs. ago!
