~welldawg：if you can wait * hours to talk to a technician, the person was knowledgeable and was able to solve my problems. I don't understand how a company that has such poor customer response time can stay in business. If I hadn't already ported my phone number I would have taken my duo back to walmart and cancelled my service. It is up and running now so I am happy now.Based on my experience I would be reluctant to recommend net talk to anyone. Apparently nettalk equipment and routers a history of not working well together. Apparently there are fixes, but expect huge waits for customer service to answer the phone.
