~Steve:They were no help at all unless I wanted to pay for live help. I paid for all of the iTunes that are on my computer but now they want more money to fix my problem. My old computer crashed. I got a new computer and authorized it. iTunes would not find and transfer the files. I manually moved the music, movies etc to the new computer from my external hard drive. When I go to play anything it always asks me to authorize it for this computer then says it already IS authorized, then will not play it.
