~Barb:After trying this number numerous and talking to a machine that transferred me to technical support where I talked to another machine and then was disconnected. I looked up iTunes support and dialed * *** ***-**** and was answered immediately I explained that I was questioning charges that had been placed on my MasterCard and was advised that there has been a big problem with hackers, I was asked to give him assess to my computer which I did and he checked whatever and advised me that I had a hacker and he would transfer me to technician who would clean my computer for $***. I refused to do this and was advised that I would not get a credit for the charges unless I did this. I did not and immediately reported this whole experience to MasterCard who have sent these charges to their fraud department. I am questioning if this was a department with iTunes I spoke with or if this is a legitimate number. I would appreciate an answer via my e-mail at *****@***.com
