They made me pay high deductible on the year old MSRP, not current MSRP, which was several hundred dollars difference! The promised "new" phone on front pages of website and in sales, but resorted to refurbished or in their terms "equivalent" exchange phone. Equivalent turned out to be smaller phone with less features. Better off to just buy a refurbished phone off internet and skip paying hundreds in monthly charges and then hundreds in deductibles.
