~lauraheisel:The representative was courteous, made a true effort to help with the issues, but was limited by Ebay policy to move these problems to resolution. I have received two items from two different sellers. In each incident the item was broken. They were rendered damaged beyond any value. In both cases, I have communicated repeatedly with the seller (as encouraged by Ebay), but neither has been forthcoming with the appropriate refund. The sellers are: best*u.**** and mrsburas. Their behavior constitutes theft.
