~Anonymous：I've contacted eBay six times regarding the same matter and each time they told me they would let their 'manager' know and that the 'manager' would resolve the issue in **-hours. Each time I had to call eBay again, explain my story all over again which resulted in the same result of them telling me the same thing. They want customers to give up expecially when it comes to them paying out money they promised you over a buyer protection case. Tonight will be the sixth time calling them and I am sure they will pass me around and give me the run around which they are trained to do. **Their communication is scripted as they are trained to 'calm' irate customers down but it sounds so ridiculous because 'they' don't understand how upset we are.
