~Barbara:We've used Iyogi twice now and both times had problems. Our HP had been infected with a virus while running CA anti-virus. Iyogi is CA's support. After * days, our computer was computer was still not operational. We got off the phone, restored our own system and moved on. second time was a simple issue that took hours to fix. Again many of the fixes required refixes. Sure they are very nice, but it takes all day and sometimes longer and and and rarely do they admit that they are clueless on the issue. This can leave your system in dire straits.
