~gaelannie:I selected the "billing" option even though I have an issue with a game. It's the only way to speak with a live person* however, she couldn't really help. Not able to transfer me to tech support. She did promise to send an e-mail to direct me to a better way of support than I have gotten from going to their so-called support web site. I'm waiting for the e-mail. I say we flood Zynga with calls until they set up a proper tech support site. I don't want my questions about their games answered by other players! I want them to take responsibility for the games they put out there.
